The event
Summer marquee wedding in Eversley, Hampshire for 120 guests.
The brief
The customer was seeking a marquee for their daughter’s wedding which was to cater for 120 people. They had a couple of options where they could locate the marquee, the preferred option of the front lawn had a tree in the middle. They were looking for ideas of how to accommodate this.
The solution
Time Marquees provided a marquee with a radial arm which enabled us to work with the restrictive shape of the garden by having the marquee bend around the tree. The radial shape marquee creates a natural reception area in the middle with dining at one end and dancing the other. We installed a reveal curtain to hide the dance area during the dinner, this also meant the band could set up without disturbing the guests. It also delivered the wow factor when the curtain came up for the first dance.
