The brief
Time Marquees has a long-standing relationship with this prep school in London and regularly supply marquees to them.
As 2019 brought about a 30-year milestone, they wanted to throw a big bash for parents and teachers past and present. They were looking for a marquee to host a dinner and dance for 500 people – and they knew we could help.
The solution
There was a large open space available on the school playing fields, but the PTA wanted to incorporate the pavilion. We created a courtyard space for a drinks reception between the pavilion and marquee, with festoon lights giving a celebratory ambience.
Our 15m x 36m marquee had a large dance floor in the centre and dining on either side. A bar was set up in the pavilion, so the outside reception area linked seamlessly to the marquee.
