Furniture
Along with your marquee hire you can add marquee furniture. Depending on your budget you can choose between some basic pieces or something with a bit more grandeur.

Flooring
Is the ground where you would like your marquee level? Even paved and tarmac surfaces rarely provide a perfect level base. Grass areas are going to be bumpy too and once walked on by several pairs of shoes it may soon become a muddy mess. At Time Marquees we present a range of marquee flooring options to solve these issues.
Marquee flooring options available:
- Boarded flooring with steel sub frames for support – first class finish for an uneven ground
- Cassette flooring – creates a firm, level base using exterior grade plyboards
- Interlocking wood flooring
- Plastic event flooring – can be used on patios and concrete surfaces
- Carpets – available in a wide range of colours to coordinate with your marquee’s interior
- Matting – an alternative to protect your guests from getting muddy
We can also add a walkway leading up to the marquee to save ladies’ dresses from getting dirty – essential for wedding parties.
Heating
Thinking about a marquee but concerned that you and your guests will be too cold? At Time Marquees we supply heating and cooling systems, so no matter what time of year it is your guests will enjoy the event. Each system has its own thermostat to keep the temperature at optimum level to keep everyone comfortable. The systems have enough fuel to last up to 12 hours; if your event is on for longer extra fuel is available for purchase.
With over 30 years of experience we can work out which size heating and cooling system you will require for your event. Our systems are available to hire throughout the Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey areas.
Most events will require some form of power distribution for lighting, heating, cooling and other marquee furniture and accessories. We have a team of qualified electrical engineers to supply distribution from a building or if required, a generator to comply with strict electrical regulations.
If you do require a generator for your event we can hire 5kva to 250kva silent generators.
Luxury Loos
Outdoor parties are great but portable toilets are not so popular. The toilet facilities don’t need to let your event down when you choose marquee toilet hire from us. We supply luxury portable toilets from Deluxe Loos. They are nothing like the ones synonymous with festivals; they offer a touch of luxury with the same feel as a hotel bathroom to enhance your guests’ experience.
Whether it’s a wedding or corporate event all of your guests will appreciate the comfort of a Deluxe Loo.
Freshen up in comfort
Many of the elegantly designed portable toilet units come with a separate vanity area and a complete set of consumables including automatic air fresheners.

choose the “1 + 1” – 2 toilet cubicles with a sink and mirror inside
choose the “2 + 1” – 3 toilet cubicles, 2 urinals and a separate vanity area

Installation and testing is carried out and a 24 hour back up service is available.
